Jeff Rosichan, Ph.D., brings more than 25 years of AgTech management, scouting and early-stage milestone development experience to AgTech Accelerator. As chief scientific officer, Dr. Rosichan is responsible for developing relationships with academic institution partners, shaping the strategic technology investment framework and managing all R&D activities from early discovery to global field trials.

Prior to joining AgTech Accelerator, Dr. Rosichan served as external technology leader at Dow AgroSciences, initiating and managing external research collaborations with various universities and companies. He also helped to develop and implement Dow AgroSciences cereals business and R&D strategy. Dr. Rosichan’s broad technology includes cereals, oilseeds, output traits, bioprocess R&D, gene expression and plant transformation.

Dr. Rosichan holds a B.A. in biology and zoology from Humboldt State University, a M.S. in genetics and a Ph.D. in genetics and cell biology from Washington State University.
