Martin is the CEO of AgCAP a specialist Australian agricultural investment manager. AgCAP currently manages the Sustainable Agriculture Fund (SAF), a A$150m fund owned by Australian superannuation funds. SAF owns and operates core, land-rich agricultural assets that are diversified by geography, sector and water source. The fund includes investment in the King Island Aggregation, a self-replacing Angus beef enterprise comprising four farms and the Cradle Coast Aggregation, which comprises four dairy farms located in Tasmania. Martin has a wealth of experience in the agricultural sector at all levels of the supply chain. Livestock experience includes broadacre beef and dairy operations (with SAF), intensive dairy farming (ICM Agribusiness) and meat processing (Midfield Meat International). Martin is a trained accountant, having started his career in professional services before moving in to the agricultural sector and working in a variety of positions in private family and corporate environments. Martin is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and is a Williamson Fellow with Leadership Victoria.
