Harsh is currently Director – Rippledot Capital, a growing boutique M&A firm, where he leads the food & agribusiness vertical.

Prior to joining Rippledot Capital, Harsh was Head – Strategic Investments (M&A) at Olam International, a leading global agribusiness company (www.olamgroup.com) – where he spearheaded Olam’s M&A efforts on several acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures as well as portfolio & investment strategy formulation.

Until now, Harsh has led & managed 20+ M&A transactions and strategic projects across multiple geographies (SEA, India, Russia, ANZ, US, Africa).  He has developed extensive expertise & relationships in the food & agribusiness space, having worked globally across the value chain.

Previously Harsh worked with Macquarie Capital in Singapore as well as McKinsey & Company in India.  He completed his MBA from the National University of Singapore.
