Hiro is Currently Vice President of Strategic Investment & Business Development – Olam International, a leading global agribusiness (Edible Nuts, Coffee, Cocoa etc…) company listed in Singapore.

Prior to joining Olam International, Hiro was Senior Executive Secretary Staff to Group CEO of Living Essentials Group at Mitsubishi Corporation – where he led Group strategy planning, and executed various investment projects more than US$3 Billion in total, from upstream to downstream in food industry.

Previously Hiro held multiple roles in Mitsubishi Corporation, as Project Manager of factory restructuring in brewery, beverage sector, as Senior Trader of Cocoa futures & physicals, and as Product Manager for Consumer Products Development for retail chains.

He graduated Keio University in Japan, and completed his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in United States.
