Mr. Novak is a Director with Paine & Partners and joined the firm in 2010.

He serves on the boards of directors of Eurodrip S.A. and Meadow Foods (Holdings) Ltd., and was previously a member of the board of directors of Icicle Seafoods, Inc. and Sunrise Holdings, Inc.

From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Novak was a member of Swander Pace Capital, a middle-market private equity firm in San Francisco where he focused on investing in manufacturers, marketers and distributors of consumer products. Mr. Novak began his career at Banc of America Securities in their consumer and retail investment banking group in Chicago.

He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (Bachelor of Arts in economics) and was raised in Fairfield, Connecticut.
