Kevin Rivchun, Vice President, has been with The Townsend Group since 2008 and maintains a primary responsibility of working with the Global Real Assets investment underwriting team. Kevin’s primary focus is on global agriculture and timberland strategies and provides clients with a range of services from investment due diligence to portfolio planning and strategies. Prior to joining The Townsend Group, Kevin worked with National City Bank as a commercial real estate banking officer, and was responsible for the management of a $500 million CRE senior debt portfolio. Kevin holds a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Ohio State University.
