Mr. Cunningham is President of Touchstone Group, LLC a firm that raises institutional capital for illiquid alternative investment manager clients including venture capital, buyout, growth, mezzanine and illiquid specialty credit. The firm raises institutional capital for both funds and fund co-investments. Mr Cunningham co-founded Touchstone in 2002. Previously, Mr. Cunningham co-founded the first life-cycle mutual funds, and advised pension fund trustees on asset-liability and governance issues. He has served as an investment consultant to major institutional investors on private equity manager selection and portfolio management and co-founded and managed a group of venture capital funds headquartered in Philadelphia. Following graduate school, he spent seven years working for Bucyrus International (now owned by Caterpillar) ultimately as General Manager of their Santiago, Chile subsidiary. He has co-authored two books on investing. Mr. Cunningham holds a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from Williams College.
