Farmland Partners, an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) has files with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise $86 million through an initial public offering (IPO). The Colorado-based company which was founded in 2013 and which owns farmland properties across North America plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Baird, BMO Capital Markets, and Janney Montgomery Scott are joint bookrunners for the deal.
