Max Safai a graduate of Tufts University / Boston MA / MS EE is an experienced High Technology Executive with a proven record of successful products in the market. Max has 20+ years’ experience building multimillion-dollar organizations as well as new market startups. Deep hands-on expertise in software and hardware development, new product development, applied strategies, digital transformation, and multi geographical team leadership. Max is an ex Amazonian where he developed the hardware for the Amazon Go Stores. Max founded M8 Systems in order to empower farmers to do more with less as every drop counts!
Kevin Keillor has over 30 years’ experience in the agriculture world, and has been managing the irrigation department at Grimmway Farms, the country’s largest organic farming company, for the past 3+ years. Prior to Grimmway, Keillor worked as manager of the GIS department at one of the country’s largest carrot suppliers. He spent 6 years at a tractor dealership where he filled rolls in sales, inventory, and service management. Keillor worked for 10 years at UC Davis running an Extension Entomology Lab researching insects in cotton, and attended CSU Bakersfield, where he studied Biology.
Mr. Fouladi has a Master’s Degree from UC Long Beach in business administration. Mr. Fouladi worked in the private sector for 30 years managing various businesses. After a semi-retirement, he entered the farming business in California. Currently he is an owner / operator of about 100 acres of avocado groves and citrus groves in Bonsall and Vista areas in North County San Diego.
Tania T. was born in Stuttgart, Germany and raised multilingual. Her education spans two continents. Tania served as creative director at Message Advertising & Design working with clients including MTV Networks, Spike TV, Nickelodeon, DIRECTV Adsales, NFL Sunday Ticket, and ESPN, and was on the creative lead team that launched the EPIX Network. She is an award-winning creative director and cross-disciplinary graphic designer. As creative director for M8Systems, Tania’s work lies at the intersection of conceptual and applied design: where navigation of information and design space is joined in a single experience. Tania specializes in special brand building solutions across nearly all media platforms.
