Michael is a serial technology entrepreneur and operator who has successfully launched and scaled startup businesses across a range of sectors, including software-as-a-service, e-commerce retail, urban mobility, and residential real estate. He has worked across all major markets globally, with an emphasis on North and South America, as well as Europe. Michael has an MBA from INSEAD in France and was a US Fulbright Scholar to Colombia. At Vayda, Michael is responsible for turning the company’s deep expertise in regenerative farming and agronomics into a tech-enabled business that can drive profitable regenerative transitions at very large scale.

Danny is a third generation farmer from Arkansas with nearly thirty years of experience across food and agriculture. Danny spent over a decade in continuous improvement as a Six Sigma Green Belt at large food companies like Kellogg. Danny later brought his process improvement expertise to farm management with International Farming, where he spent much of the last decade managing farmland investments across over 100,000 acres and dozens of crop types, including annual row crops as well as permanent plantings. As Chief Farm Operations Officer at Vayda, Danny applies his rich experience to build and grow Vayda’s direct farming operations and service offerings for Growers.

T.J. is an agronomist with expertise in Precision Agriculture, Soil Science, and UAVs in Ag. He earned his PhD in Agriculture Sciences from Mississippi State University. T.J. is a former NRCS soil scientist and a fifth generation farmer.

Mark has institutional agricultural asset management experience in the United States, and has acquired thousands of acres of farmland real estate for John Hancock, U.S.A. and Manulife Investment Management, Timber and Agriculture before joining Vayda. He is an accredited Farm Manager with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
