Two Rivers Water and Farming Co. announced it has formed Two Rivers Water and Farm Management. The wholly owned subsidiary will acquire and lease irrigated farmland for accredited investors. The new management company will provide investors the opportunity to own high quality irrigated farmland with professional management. The company’s first transaction has been completed through which the investor acquired 170 irrigated acres and leased an additional 170 acres of irrigated acres to form a 340 acre farm growing fruit and vegetables for Dionisio Farms and Produce.
