CHS Reaches Agreement to Sell Portion of Necochea Argentina Joint Venture of Noble Argentina

CHS Inc., the largest farmer-owned agribusiness in North America is selling a portion of its share in the Sitio O de Quequen SA (Sitio O) Necochea export terminal joint venture in Argentina to Noble Argentina, a subsidiary of the Noble Grain Group Ltd.  Currently CHS owns 30% the venture, but after the closing of the deal, both CHS and Noble Argentina will own 22.75% along with other owners including E-Grain SA, A&J Nari SA, Alea y Comapnia SA, and Lartirigoyen y Compania SA.  The first phase of construction of Sitio O, which is expected to be in operation by May of 2015, will consist of 119,000 tons of storage capacity and a high speed loader with the ability to load 1,200 tons per hour.  The second stage of construction will include an additional pier and 100,000 tons of storage.  Sitio O has the right to use the port at Quequen for 45 year.
