In a move toward lowering working capital needs and enhancing financial flexibility, Bunge Ltd. has finalized the sale of its Brazilian fertilizer operations including blending facilities, brands, and warehouses to Yara International ASA for $750 million. Bunge will continue to supply fertilizer to Brazilian farmers as part of their grain origination activities and will continue to operate its fertilizer terminal in the Port of Santos.
