Donald Meltzer Appointed Vice Chairman and Head of M&A for Rabobank North America

Donald Meltzer has recently been named Vice Chairman, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Rabobank, North America, service the bank’s agribusiness and food and beverage clientele in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

Rabobank’s thorough sector knowledge, long term commitment, and global presence make it a leader in advising the world’s top food and agriculture businesses across transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, cross border transactions, and various strategic investments and activity.

Mr. Meltzer previously spend 20 years at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and London, most recently as co-head of Global Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to this, he was head of European Mergers and Acquisitions for CFSB and was head of the global banking investment operations and North American investment banking operations of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Mr. Meltzer also ran the investment banking division for Cowen and Company from 2006 to 2010, and was a senior advisor at Morpheus Capital.
