Allen Harim Millsboro, LLC plans to invest $100 million in the acquisition of the former Pinnacle Food Vlasic processing facility in Millsboro, Delaware. The new facility will be a poultry cut-up and cooking operation to begin production in November 2014. Harim Millsboro, LLC has 25 company owned farms and approximately 270 independent growers. The company has also announced the sale of Allen Biotech, LLC one of the largest rendering operations in the U.S.
